The support and mentoring available from our team would make this a suitable role either for an experienced Allied Health professional or for a recent graduate.
This position will involve pain management in an Aged Care Facility. You will also have the opportunity to recommend and also prescribe and recommend the use of techniques within your field of expertise to assist residents with maintaining or improving their independence. You will be able to review and updating these according to changes in progress.
Be challenged by a varied and challenging case load which will include the diversity of a range of health conditions.
Implement strategies and interventions for pain management, movement dysfunctions, risk assessments, improving or maintaining optimal health and updating these as progress and symptoms require. Designing treatment programs and conducting individual consultations tailored specifically to the needs of our clients.
Effectively manage workload and attend to documentation and ensure care plans reflect current interventions and outcomes. Contribute and make recommendations to workplace health and safety.
All materials and equipment will be supplied.
To be considered for this position you will require current registration as an Allied Health Professional with AHPRA, provide or consent to a Criminal History check and have current driver's licence and transport.
