Clinical Team Leader - Wimmera Hospice Care
Primary Care Services
Registered Nurse Grade 4A
Permanent - Full Time
80 hrs per fortnight with ADO or as negotiated
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide leadership to the clinical activities of Wimmera Hospice Care. This role includes overseeing and providing palliative care nursing clinical support and acting as an expert resource to clients and their carers and primary care providers across the area covered by the Horsham Rural City Council, the Hindmarsh, West Wimmera and Yarriambiack Shire Councils. This role liaises closely with the Grampians Palliative Care Team. This role also includes coordinating bereavement support to family and carers. This is a perminant position and the successful applicant will work Monday to Friday with and ADO every 4 weeks or hours as negotiated.
Key Selection Criteria include:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience in managing and providing leadership in a small team
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
- Post Graduate Qualification in Palliative Care, or other relevant Post Graduate Qualification or working towards same would be looked upon favourably.
