What does a Cosmetics Consultant do?
Our Cosmetics Consultants assist our valued customers with their various needs within the beauty and fragrance area of our pharmacy. This role will see you working across all our cosmetics product ranges however experience in the Prestige Houses including Clinique / Lancôme is essential.
What’s required to be a Cosmetics Consultant?
Our successful applicant will consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills and knowledge of the latest professional cosmetics advice whilst driving sales growth in the beauty area. Additionally, will have great attention to detail and an eye for merchandising whilst ensuring the beauty area is immaculately presented at all times.
We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic passion for the beauty industry, a proven track record in cosmetics sales and a willingness to perform above and beyond customer expectation.

Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Maintain the presentation of the beauty and fragrance areas
- Process sales through the till
- Actively work on the floor to greet and serve all customers through demonstrations and advice
- Actively maintain and grow a client relationships
- Maximise sales in order to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Always work within QCPP standards and follow all Health and Safety legislation
- Able to work as part of the Pharmacy team to maintain high standard of customer service for the store
Culture, Reward & Remuneration
This role is full time, 32-38 hours per week, this includes alternate weekends
