Clarendon Grange, our 47 bed aged care home in Bayswater offers the best in personal, residential care and individualised support services.  This home has a very close knit and supportive team which has led to low turnover and a strong reputation for quality resident care.   

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Services Manager (CSM) will provide clinical leadership to the team, oversee the clinical care of residents and ensure that the high standard of care is maintained.

Utilising your strong communication skills and outstanding clinical knowledge, you will assist the Director of Nursing in managing staff performance and continue to develop and retain quality staff.

 

Skills and requirements for this role:

  • Previous experience as a Clinical Services Manager or within a similar role and or ability to step up into this role.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge 
  • Experience in staff supervision and development 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Current registration with AHPRA 
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
  • A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
  • Knowledge of Care Planning
  • Excellent communication skills
