Our client is a leading pharmacy group offering a unique and attractive buying and services to its pharmacies in all states of Australia.  They are now looking for a strong leader for one of their stores.

As a Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for leading staff from the Dispensary to the Retail Floor. Key to your success will be your strong business acumen, ability to lead, motivate and develop your team. You will think on your feet, problem solve autonomously and be able to multi-task.  Furthermore, you will be required to drive sales and run the business like your own.

The objective for this role is to assist pharmacists and staff in your store, helping to maximise sales and profitability for the dispensary and retail.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the dispensary including inventory management
• Training and developing Pharmacists
• Training Dispensary Assistants
• Counselling customers
• Dispensing Scripts
• Work closely with Retail Manager
• Dose Administration Aids
• Managing Professional Services
• Leading the dispensary and retail floor
• Building relationships with customers

Must have:

• AHPRA Registeration
• Strong customer service skills
•  Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• High level of eye for detail
• Experience in  Microsoft packages –
• Experience with FRED – advantageous
