Would you like to treat patients and be supported clinically at the same time? Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a friendly, people person who has compassion for their clients and works well under pressure. You must be able to put your clients at ease and at the same time be able to clearly articulate the health issues they are facing and the solution.

You must have excellent computer skills, be a confident typist as we are a paperless clinic and be able to work autonomously.

You must have the ability to problem solve, adapt to changing situations easily, and be proactive with your clients health journey.

You will need a full naturopathic or medical herbalist qualification, have a professional membership, provider numbers and insurance in Australia.

Over the counter consulting experience in health food store or pharmacy is highly regarded.

Prior consulting experience a bonus but not essential.

You need to be organised, flexible, able to handle a busy back to back day and be a great communicator.

The Role

Responsibilities of this busy role include:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Taking client consultations (anywhere from 15-20 clients weekly)
• Performing diagnostics (systemised for clinic)
• Accurately assess the patients' health
• Prescribe accordingly
• Design individualised treatment plans
• Follow our operating and business systems
• 2-3 days per week (Saturday availability preferred)

You will be fully trained both clinically and on the systems and diagnostics used.

Excellent remuneration. Salary package incl. bonuses.
