We are seeking 2 x qualified Social Workers to join a professional and supportive team working with people with complex disabilities.
If you are passionate about social justice and have case management or support coordination experience in the disability or aged care sector then we would like to talk to you about these opportunities. Growth and maternity leave have opened up 2 positions within this organisation who work with clients with disabilities as a result of a degenerative disease. You will be working with NDIS funding to support clients to remain living in the community.
12 month contracts will be offered initially however there is a good chance of this extending into permanent roles.
This service offers a stable, supportive and fun workplace culture and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable people. While some knowledge of NDIS is required, experience working with other groups in the community with complex needs such as aged care, homelessness, justice is well regarded. At least 2 years post qualifiying experience is essential.
