Do you have a minimum 3 years quality system experience and can hit the floor running? We are looking for a quality professional that is hands-on and has great all-round experience in managing quality systems in a therapeutical manufacturing environment to join our dynamic and growing company.
Australian Biotechnologies is Australia's leading manufacturer of allograft implants. We are seeking to recruit a full time Assistant Quality Manager to join our committed quality team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Management of quality systems to meet target dates.
- Investigation and root cause analysis for deviations and CAPA.
- Provide support for manufacturing and performing product release.
- Championing a good GMP culture and supporting all staff in performing quality tasks.
To ensure your success in this role you will need to possess the following essential skills and experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality role. Previous experience is essential! Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical or medical device environment is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Microbiology/Biological Sciences.
- Excellent understanding of GMP and its requirements. The ability to promote GMP throughout the organisation.
- Strong technical understanding and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to write & review procedures, prepare protocols and reports.
- Efficient time management and organisational skills.
- Be forward thinking, proactive and have a team orientated attitude.
- Excellent computer skills.
