ASSOCIATE NURSE UNIT MANAGER
Registered Nurse/Midwife
Full and Part time positions available
Full Time- Hourly range ($41.30-$42.20)
Part Time – Hourly range ($43.48-$44.42)
TRAVEL AND THREE MONTHS ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED
Mildura Base Hospital (MBH) is a 165 bed (level 1) tertiary teaching Hospital. The Hospital is managed by Ramsay Health Care in a contractual arrangement with the Victorian Government.
MBH provides public hospital services on behalf of the Victorian Government to the Community of Mildura and the Sunraysia District and is looking for Midwives to join the team.
Applicants need to be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Extensive clinical skills and experience within the speciality
- Demonstrated management and decision making skills
- Ability to lead and manage a health care team in the absence of the Manager
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and involvement in the Continuous Improvement process
