The Role:

This role requires a dynamic and highly experienced Facility Manager to manage and coordinate a team of nursing professionals, manage & regularly evaluate systems, policies & procedures to ensuring compliance & performance benchmarks are in place, and budget control. 

What you will have:

• AHPRA registered (beneficial but not essential)
• Proven management experience (beneficial but not essential)
• Implementing & being adaptable to change
• Strong clinical and documentation skills 
• Working knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Accreditation & Legislation policies 
• Excellent Communication skills
• Work to a unique, individualized model of care
• Willingness to assist at other facilities (Sydney based)
