We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Clinical Care Manager to join our care home, Bupa Templestowe, on a full time basis.
About You
You are a talented nurse with extensive experience and excellent leadership and communication skills. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our residents with the highest standard of care. You will have a strong nursing background and experience leading a team in a busy Aged Care or acute setting.
To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in delivering quality clinical care
- Excellent clinical assessment skills
- Advanced care planning capabilities
- Experience with ACFI
- Highly effective communication skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will deliver highest quality clinical care, manage medication in accordance with resident needs and lead nursing staff in the delivery of person centred care. You will also oversee the coordination of ACFI in collaboration with the GM, manage care planning for residents and contribute towards continuous improvement in our care homes.
