My client a community based care provider are seeking a Registered Nurse to work with their Aged Care clients living at home. The role is required to assist with clinical assessments of these clients within the community in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. 

The successful candidate with be responsible for case management of clients, clinical care, service delivery and meeting compliance requirements in relation to a client case load.
