Due to recent growth, we have an opportunity for Div 1 RN's to work permanent night duty In-charge shifts at our Menarock Life Willowbrae facility located in Templestowe.
About the role:
In this role, successful candidates will work with a professional clinical team responsible for ensuring the highest standards of resident care, clinical management, maintaining quality documentation and providing guidance and support to care staff.
About you:
- Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) – with current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a similar position in aged care
- Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct staff in the provision of care
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Demonstrated high level of analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to continuous improvement
- Knowledge of ACFI is desirable but not essential
- The right to work in Australia
