About the role
We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic pharmacist with demonstrated experience in a clinical setting to be part of our highly skilled team at Norwest Private Hospital in Bella Vista.
The successful candidate will provide high level clinical service to an off-site facility (Kingswood). This is a permanent part time role which will require you to work Monday to Thursday inclusive, 20 hours per week; indicative hours will be 9am - 2pm.
Key responsibilities
- Medication management plan and reconciliation
- Prepare medication profiles
- Clinical liaison with the relevant hospital wards
- Imprest management
- Assist with business and process improvement.
You must have

- Proven clinical hospital pharmacy experience

Excellent communication skills

The ability to organise complex tasks and solve problems

Have a current driver's licence and own vehicle

Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

Membership of Pharmaceutical Defence Limited (PDL).
