Blue Care is after a Clinical Manager to join our team located at Kenmore Aged Care Facility. This role will provide effective leadership and management of care employees to facilitate quality care based on assessed residents’ needs that enhance and promotes quality of life, ensuring that care is consistent with the mission of Blue Care and Current best practice.
You will need current registration with AHPRA, a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, extensive nursing experience, an understanding of ACFI and a current driver’s license. Your ability to work within a team, strong leadership skills, effective interpersonal skills and your ability to problem solve will make you a great candidate. Demonstrated understanding of person centred care,
