Be Vital in this Role
An exciting opportunity exists to lead and develop a team of 10 Product Specialists, in a job share capacity covering QLD (majority based in Brisbane). Reporting to the Director of Sales, Surgical, you will be responsible for working closely with your team and other Regional Sales Manager to develop business strategies that maximize market opportunities across the portfolio. You will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, develop the skills of each team member to ensure sales performance and create a strong team culture that is focused on delivering the Surgical Division?s Strategic Plan.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coach, lead and direct a High Performing Sales Team;
- Motivate and support sales team in the field;
- Drive sales focus according to marketing campaigns in TVA;
- Build and maintain long term, favourable customer relationships with key decision makers;
- Deliver and exceed the agreed forecast budget and Business Plan; and
- Key Account / Relationship Management and support in executing key tenders.
