Townsville Private Clinic is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team at our 60 bed private mental health clinic.
We are now seeking Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team at Townsville Private Clinic, a modern 60 bed private mental health service in Townsville's CBD. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills with an organisation committed to its people and the provision of high quality care and positive patient outcomes.
Successful candidates will have a commitment to excellence in patient care and experience in mental health is preferred.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Hold a current Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in mental health setting.
Required Personal Competencies:
- Awareness and practice of legislation affecting nursing practice and health care
- Strong focus on patient centred, evidence-based nursing care
- Demonstrated high standards of professional and ethical practice
- Excellent collaboration and consultation skills with individuals, groups, significant others and the multidisciplinary health care team
- Focus on service improvement and ongoing professional development, for delivery of excellent patient care and positive health outcomes
- Promotes safety, security and personal integrity in the work place
- Commitment to develop expertise and undertake further studies
