With 110 residential care beds, our aged care service provide residents within a comfortable, compassionate, and friendly community.
About the role
We are recruiting experienced Registered and Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work within our aged care community.
Registered Nurses - night and afternoon shifts.
Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurses - morning and afternoon shifts.
You will be responsible for ensuring all residents receive general and support services in line with the resident's contracts and care plans and be accountable for all medication management during the shift.
What's required from applicants
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Reliability and commitment to the delivery of the highest level of clinical care to residents
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and care documentation
- Demonstrated post graduate experience
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- RN to have at least 3 years RN experience in Aged Care
- Current National Police Check
