Enthusiastic and highly motivated occupational therapist required to join Wolper Jewish Hospital
Wolper Jewish Hospital is a 54-bed private facility providing geriatric and medical care, rehabilitation services and palliative care to inpatients and day patients. The high quality of our services and staff make us an employer of choice.
We are non-denominational in our hiring policies. We are close to public transport, with free parking in the surrounding streets.
We have a full time position available to cover a mixed caseload including geriatrics, medical, rehabilitation and palliative care.

Essential Criteria:
- Hold current occupational therapy registration with AHPRA
- Unrestricted NSW drivers licence
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
- High level of written and oral communication together with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to participate within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to delivery of high standard of patient care adopting a patient centred and goal directed approach.
- Strong interest in improving the quality of life of elderly people.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in a multidisciplinary setting including medical, geriatric, rehabilitation and/or palliative care
- Experience in minor home modifications
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Facilitating and conducting cognitive assessments (e.g. MOCA, RUDAS)
