Pharmacist Manager sought after to lead our pharmacy to the next level. Attractive salary package and weekend rates. (Blacksmiths & Newcastle)

Position available for Intern and dispensary technician as well.

We're looking for a pharmacist who's passionate about patient outcomes and keen to lead our friendly team looking after our local community at Blacksmiths. The ideal candidate will look to make the position their own with a focus on customer care and expanding our 6CPA services.

As the Pharmacist Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that the pharmacy is ethically and efficiently managed in accordance with store policies and relevant legislation. As the team leader you will look to inspire your colleagues to provide the best service they can and maintain and improve current processes, maximising efficiency.

We have a great customer base that will value your efforts and make turning up each day worthwhile. Great support and mentoring will be provided from experienced staff and the owner.

Favourable Criteria

2 years experience as Pharmacist In Charge or similar

Experience using LOTS Dispense and Webstercare

Experience with compounding

Experience in inventory management

Familiarity with 6CPA services and claiming

Essential Criteria

Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) 

Clear and friendly communication style

Proven ability to build rapport with people from all backgrounds and ages

Be a proven hard worker that values teamwork
