Personal Carers for the Aged Care Community required for Bayside and South-Eastern suburbs.

Our client is a premium aged care provider for both residential and community care services. They are currently seeking in-home carers to care for people in their own homes across the Bayside and South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
This well-established company are passionate about enriching lives and assisting the elderly maintain their independence at home during their day-to-day lives.

Aspects of the role will include you being responsible for:

• Personal care
• Domestic support
• Respite care
• Social and medical outings

The suitable candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Caring and compassionate nature
• Reliability and trust
• Experience as a Personal Carer in the industry
• Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care
• Own a reliable vehicle and hold a current drivers licence
• The flexibility to travel to a variety of shifts across 20 hours per week
