Due to continued growth, our award-winning practice is looking for enthusiastic, professional and skilled Psychologists to join us in providing high-quality mental health services; to work with child and adult clients across the lifespan, and become part of our well known and highly respected team.

About Mindworx Psychology

Mindworx Psychology is a beautifully presented private practice, in an easily accessed location next to Norwest Marketown and the lake in the Sydney Hills District. 

Our team of dedicated, experienced Registered and Clinical Psychologists, Practice Manager, and experienced reception team work together to provide excellence in clinical psychology to families, schools and businesses both in our area and, across Australia.

What we want you to bring:

  • Passion for psychology and providing therapy
  • Post-graduate training desirable but not essential - we are looking for the right clinicians to fit our team, our culture and our clients (we can upskill you)
  • Excellent case formulation for a broad range of psychological disorders
  • A warm, approachable manner, with the ability and confidence to work independently
  • Excellence/willingness to train in a range of therapeutic approaches (e.g. CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR)
  • Experience in, or an interest in, working with children and families is highly desirable 
  • Passionate about making a difference in mental health 
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and self-reflective practice
  • Self-motivated, organised and efficient at managing time and tasks 
  • Enjoy working as part of a friendly, supportive team, and also independently (with strong organisational skills);
  • Clinical flexibility and competence in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss etc
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to critically reflect on your practice and use of clinical skills

Essential:

  • Full Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA 
  • Eligibility for registration with Medicare
