Illawarra Community Mental Health - Clinical Psychologist Employment Type: Temporary Full Time Position Classification: Clinical Psychologist Remuneration: $92,565 - $11,3518 Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ51507 This is a temporary full time maternity relief position until 30/11/2018 with the possibility of an extension at same/reduced hours. To apply, please go to https://wwccheck.ccyp.nsw.gov.au/Applicants/Application# What you'll be doing The role of the Clinical Psychologist is to provide psychological services to people with a moderate to severe mental health issues through identified clinical pathways, e.g. Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma and Psychosis etc. This includes the provision of individual and group therapies as well as the incorporation of e-mental health resources where appropriate. The position is part of the Illawarra Community Mental Health Service and will play an essential function as part of the Continuing Care Team and care coordination of mental health consumers. There is also focus on the education and training of multi-disciplinary clinicians in a range of appropriate interventions. Selection Criteria: Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Minimum two-year full-time equivalent accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. Eligible for endorsement with the Psychology Board of Australia in the area of Clinical Psychology. Demonstrated experience in using a range of clinical psychology interventions within a multidisciplinary model of care. Well-developed interpersonal and multidisciplinary team communication skills, both written and oral. Computer competency. Current NSW Class C driver’s licence. Need more information?
