We have a fantastic opportunity for a X-Ray Clinical Applications Specialist to join our Healthcare team based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. As a recognised professional in X-ray systems, you will be responsible for providing clinical applications support to new and existing customers in the operation of Siemens X-Ray , as well as providing clinical support to the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include:
Prepare, set up and deliver training courses for installed or to be installed offerings as per customer requirements and provide ongoing support to the installed base
Constantly re-evaluate and expand training portfolio to address new technology trends
Assist in developing and running of workshops for the regions of responsibility to increase customer awareness of the training offer and benefits to the customer. Conduct customer presentations, workshops and training for improved product and application knowledge for existing and potential customers
Input into application documentation and argumentation for sales team, partners and customers in order to support the marketing and sales process
Analyse customer training needs in order to provide input and support for supply chain, marketing team, and management in establishing offerings.
Provide sales support through visiting customers and partners with sales team as required
Provide marketing support through advising and assisting product and business manager in product and application related questions
Attend conferences and seminars supported by Siemens Healthcare.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Degree / Diploma in Radiography or equivalent, with a current Radiation License - Siemens X-Ray product experience is highly desirable, eligibility for AIR membership or equivalent.  
The knowledge to determine the scope of applications training, have technological expertise in the dissemination of applications/clinical information,  and experience in arranging customer training programs in line with contractual commitments. Professional experience in X-ray products and in a clinical environment and dealings with a wide variety of people and being able to work in a team are prerequisite to this position.  

You must be willing to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand and to attend seminars and conferences internationally and have a current drivers license.
