Our client is a large aged care provider who has been extremely successful in other areas of Australia. This is a very exciting time for the organisation as they build their presence in NSW.


T H E  O P P O R T U I N I T Y 
This is a large aged care provider with a glowing reputation. They have proven their high standards across multiple homes and are now building their portfolio in NSW. This is an exciting time to get onboard and manage this newly acquired project in the Rockdale area. 

• This brand new facility will be opening its doors in August. This is next door to the existing facility and you will transition residents across to the new home
• The organisation are focused on the success of this facility - You will have all of the resources and support you require
• Your role will include rolling out systems, policies and procedures that the organisation has perfected at their other facilities
• This new facility has 60 beds and is a beautiful building - It uses the latest technology and equipment
  
• The role is paying a competitive salary and a bonus of over $20,000! (Paid each month)

T H E  R O L E 
As the Facility Manager, you will take on this exciting project which includes transitioning residents from the existing facility across to the new building. You will support and guide your team, residents and their families throughout this process.
You will oversee the day to day operations of the facility, oversee budgets & finances and will put in place the organisations systems, policies and procedures. 
This will be your project where you can make your mark!


Y O U R  S K I L L S  &  E X P E R I E N C E 

• Registered Nurse qualifications (AHPRA)
• Proven experience managing a residential aged care facility
• Previous commissioning experience will be highly regarded
• Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, ACFI and the accreditation process
• Ability to lead, support and motivate your team
• Good business/ commercial acumen
