At Chris Barnard Health we are looking for a RN Div 1 Nurse to be employed as a Deputy Director of Nursing (DDON) within a well-established and professionally managed NFP Aged Care Facility in country NSW.
The DDON will be part of the facilities Senior Management Team and will be expected to ensure that all staff deliver high quality care within a sound business framework, and that the delivery of this care meets the needs of the residents and all requirements within organisations policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have the privilege of working under the guidance of a very supportive Director of Nursing and will also benefit from a very supportive and caring team.

What we are looking for?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound practical experience in ACFI/Clinical Governance and Quality management
- Effective and efficient time management and leadership skills.
- Excellent staff management and mentoring and demonstrated experience in competently managing changes.
- Current APHRA registration and National Police Clearance
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar management role is desirable
- Proven record of developed and mature communication and interpersonal skills
