About the business and the role
The Feet People provide clinical, in home, and aged care podiatry services to members of the community.
A casual position is now available at our Newmarket clinic for our Brisbane based workforce.
The start date for the position is the week of the 6th of August 2018. A one-week induction is provided.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Compliance to the Australian Standards (AS/NZS4815)
- Clean, bag and autoclave instruments
- Clean sterilisation lab
- Instrument & autoclave maintenance and repair
- Annual validation
- Data back up
Skills and experience
Recent experience and a certificate in sterilisation is desirable. Individuals who can demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, flexible work practices and be committed to providing a high level of service are invited to apply.
Selection Criteria:
- Certificate III Sterilisation
- Demonstrate knowledge of sterilisation standards
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
- Demonstrate knowledge of WHS in the workplace
