$90k - $96k base + Super

Base salary negotiated based on previous experience, size and location of the aged care home.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate Clinical Manager to join the team at Regis Sandringham.

This 58 bed facility is set in a convenient location, close to the train station, beach and local shopping right in the heart of Sandringham. This facility offers various activity rooms ensure a range of high quality, active and diverse social events, daily activities and special interest groups, giving all the opportunity to be inspired in a variety of ways.

As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Full clinical oversight of the facility, including all clinical reporting and documentation
• Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff
• Oversight of all specialised nursing
• Working closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent compliance with all Aged Care standards and Regis Quality Care policies and procedures

About you

As a senior clinician, you will:

• Have a Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Be an experienced manager or leader of a team (12 months minimum preferred)
• Have a hands on approach and be willing to get out on the floor and build relationships with our residents and their families
• Have a strong focus on customer service and leadership
• Be proactive and energetic in managing your time effectively and a working in a fast paced environment

Regis Incentive Program

In recognition of the criticality of the Clinical Manager role within Regis, in the FY18 year you will be eligible to participate in the Regis Incentive Program. Annually, you will be eligible for a bonus of up to 5% of your base salary. Achievement of the bonus is assessed against KPIs twice per year – i.e. each six months, with any due payment made thereafter.
