About the company:
Our client is an innovative and global orthopaedic medical device company that has a strong analytical and strategic approach to ensure that they remain market leaders within the medical device industry.
About the role:
Reporting into the Country Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the activities of two national sales divisions across ANZ, working closely with both new and long term employees
- Overseeing the development of national product marketing strategies and brand development programs
- Preparing national sales budgets, reports and forecasts in tandem with annual incentive plans
- Developing effective sales strategies and techniques for both individual and team performance
- Ensuring that all sales and product marketing processes are compliant and meet statutory requirements
- Identifying, building and developing new and existing relationships with industry associations, including the national and international sales team
About you:
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing or a related field
- Significant managerial experience within the medical device industry - surgical device knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong product marketing knowledge in tandem with sales strategies and cycle techniques
- Ability to manage teams and multiple projects, ensuring that commercial objectives are driven and executed
- Significant medical device product knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
