About the Role
Our pharmacies operate under forward pharmacy workflow procedures and have a strong focus on delivering professional services. Our Pharmacists are a key part of our Store team and are integral to reaching our goals for professional services and overall customer service.
As a Pharmacist in Charge, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the dispensary, including ordering, inventory management and supervising staff
- Dispensing and checking scripts using FRED system
- Work with the Store Manager on the day to day running of the store and supervise team when required
- Consulting with customers on medication, health and lifestyle
- Assisting front of shop team members in handling customer queries and helping to build the teams health knowledge
- Delivering Professional services
- Identify opportunities to up-sell when speaking with customers
Skills and Experience required:
- AHPRA Registration as a pharmacist
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervisor team members out the dispensary
- Vaccination qualification
- Good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Possess the 'forward pharmacy' mentality and approach
- Passionate about speaking to customers and understanding their needs
- Driven to contribute to the success of the business
