About the business and the role
St Marys Coolum Beach is an Aged Care facility providing care to 88 Permanent Residents and will expand to 130 Residents by the end of this year.
Shifts will also be available at our facility in Pelican Waters
St Marys specialises in providing High Care services including Dementia and Palliative Care.
St Marys is consistently described by both Residents and Staff as having a very warm and friendly feel, where Resident's care needs come first.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Medication Management
Assisting to implement solutions to the complex clinical needs of Residents.
Supervising Care Staff as they provide personal care to Residents.
Indentifying and reporting Clinical issues.
Skills and experience
Applicants need to be able to exercise good clinical judgement
Applicants need to possess good communication skills
Applicants need to be assertive and provide clear direction.
Applicants need to work well in a team environment
It preferred that applicants have at least 12months experience in an Aged Care setting
