The role

• Based in the Head Office in Kogarah
• Monday - Friday (mostly 9-5pm hours)
• Handling inbound calls and emails from international clients and providers
• Handling general enquiries on products
• Order processing, ensure deliveries are accurate and on time
• Liaise with manufacturers in the USA and healthcare professionals (Allied Health - Chiropractors)
• Support the sales team
• Reporting to the Operations Manager
• Send order information to the design team

The requirements

• 4+ years Customer Service experience - Medical/Healthcare industry
• Excellent telephone manner and written capabilities
• Excel skills - advanced preferred
• Degree qualified highly regarded also
• Kogarah location OK
• Working rights for Australia - PR or Citizen
