Mona Vale Medical Centre is seeking a Casual / Part Time receptionist to join our growing team.
Seeking Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays initially, but must be able to cover all other days as relief for other receptionists.
So this position is suitable for someone who is happy with part time regular work, but is available to work 5/6 days if required when covering other receptionists. Does not suit someone having a 2nd job.
Hours range anywhere between 7.30am-6.30pm, with shifts of 5-8hrs. It does NOT suit someone who is after school hours. Seeking a long term position, so this position does NOT suit a student.
You will be supporting a team of GP's, physio, psychologist and other providers.
You must be able to multitask and be able to work in a fast paced environment. This job requires you to work under pressure.
Our systems are fully computerised, so you must know your way around a Windows operating system.
Customer service is a big focus of this practice, so you must come with a great attitude, a smile, and willingness to help.
