About the Role
You are someone who strives to put a smile on our resident's face and makes a positive difference to the quality of all of our resident's lives. You are passionate about providing person centred, holistic, care to our residents. This includes but not be limited to assisting residents with all daily living activities through our Planetree principles and philosophy.
About You
To be successful for this role, you must have:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Current First Aid certificate
- The ability to work as a team player with excellent communication skills
- A good ability to follow nursing procedures as directed and in line with resident care plans
- The ability to report and document in line with the requirements of nursing procedures using an electronic care system.
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Medication Endorsement (or Certificate IV in Aged Care) would be highly advantageous
