Smile Solutions, "Melbourne's Home of Dentistry", is located in the magnificent Manchester Unity Building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We occupy four entire levels, plus the tower, all of which are of great significance within the art deco movement and Australia's national architectural heritage.
We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to 45 practitioners, 14 of which are board registered specialists in the fields of oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics.
The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is available to join our successful dental practice, Smile Solutions, as a Dental Receptionist on a full time basis. This role is located at our beautiful practice across multiple levels and the tower of the Manchester Unity Building.
You will be joining a team of up to nine reception staff in our general dental department, and will be working alongside a minimum of 14 practitioners at any given time. In a practice with a patient base of 90,000 plus, you will be working in a fast-paced, but well-structured and supported environment. You will be the face of the company, working at one of the first reception desks our patients approach, and will have a lot more than your base administration and concierge responsibilities. What you need for this role:
- A thorough knowledge of dental terminology
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Well Presented
- Knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential
- A high level of initiative and motivation
- A drive to learn and flourish
- The ability to integrate into a large practice and work with multiple practitioners
Prior dental experience is essential. Remuneration is negotiable and is based on experience within the industry. This position holds the opportunity for future growth and professional development.
