Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, there is now an opportunity to join as a Specialist Sales Manager, managing a team of specialist sales representatives across the Southern Region (Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania).
 
It is an exciting time to be leading our Human Pharma team as the company continues to invest in long term research and development to discover and develop new therapeutic treatments for patients.
 
This valuable role contributes to delivering more health for Australian patients through leadership of a highly talented and passionate sales team. In this role you will be relied upon to coach and develop the team to achieve business and people outcomes for the business.
 
The Role:
 
  • Delivery of annual sales and activity targets for the Southern Region
  • Manage and implement sales activity plans for the product portfolio
  • Lead and develop a group of highly trained specialist representatives across the Southern Region
  • Coach the specialist sales representatives to levels of excellence
  • Build and manage relationships with peers and internal stakeholders
  • Motivate and drive employees to achieve high performance

What you will have:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry
    or 2 years management experience of a team
