We are a fast pace, rapidly growing business in the beauty/aesthetics industry. Due to our rapid growth we have identified a need for an accomplished, dynamic and career focused leader with a passion for beauty, skincare and cosmetic aesthetics.

The role of Product Sales Training Manager is truly a role requiring hands on execution with extreme breadth and ownership in a cosmetic retail chain. Our business is looking to widen its product offering of cosmetic brands and the successful leader joining us will be accountable for performance of our cosmetic brands portfolio. Various opportunities will be presented for exceptional branding, sales management and marketing via multimedia communication channels to significantly grow the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching leaders within the business to support growth within the portfolio
  • Monitoring and devising strategies, to optimise sales revenue, expense control and business targeting
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and follow-up of sales targets, budgeting, including forecasting and monitoring on a regular basis
  • Develop, implement and actively coach team members on sales training interventions to ensure the success of the portfolio
  • Developing and managing all marketing activities including the development of the marketing strategy in line with business objectives
  • Recognise and actively pursue opportunities to sell products increasing and expanding business into existing and new market streams
  • Keeping abreast of current product development trends relative to market opportunities and competition in an aim to position the organisation with a competitive advantage
  • Derive insights from data and analytics to optimise merchandise control and management, ensuring smart business and return on investment.
  • Actively manage merchandise through stock control and ordering including the raising of purchase orders

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working in sales as an account manager, ideally in beauty, health, pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
  • 4+ years experience in retail or sales management with demonstrated success and a commercial focus
  • Previous experience in knowledge of product development, supply chain and brand marketing
  • Leadership experience with an ability to use interpersonal styles and methods to inspire, coach, develop and guide the team members
