Pharmaceutical & Medical Professionals, a Healthcare Professionals Group business is currently recruiting for a 6 month contract, Customer Service Representative.
About the company
In your new role you will be working with one of Australia's established aged care and disability providers. Delivering quality aged care and consumer choice. The non for profit company is located in beautiful offices in the CBD, with a friendly and passionate culture, promoting work life balance.
About the opportunity
In this new created position, you will be working as part of the marketing team. You will be patient focused, effectively coordinating all direct and referred enquiries through to securing sales. Performing such duties that contribute to maximising sales and revenue goals. You will have effective communication skills, working across all business sites.
Responsibilities
- Qualifying the callers individual circumstances and recommending the appropriate options.
- Regularly communicate status and ongoing discussions on each enquiry
- Regularly seek feedback from referral sources to identify how to improve services and increase sale opportunity.
- Capture information from calls, develop internal process
- Work effectively with marketing team with insight from calls
Skills and Experience
- Highly effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and motivation
- Strong attention to detail and the accurate recording of information and records
- Previous experience in Aged Care Services is desirable
