This growing provider has an excellent reputation for consistent performance and customer satisfaction in the Australian Occupational Rehabilitation market. The customer base is large and varied and extends across all states. Due to sustainable growth the organisation is seeking a suitably qualified and motivated manager to take the QLD operation to the next level, increasing referrals across current business streams in addition to providing strong support and leadership and structure in line with company policy.
You will be a motivated and team-spirited Allied Health Professional seeking a long term role and have the ability and desire to run a stable and profitable state.
You will come to the role with the following skills:
- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Extensive Occupational Rehabilitation /Injury Management experience at managerial or team leader level
- AHPRA , ESSA or ASORC registration
- The motivation and confidence to provide excellent leadership
- Fantastic customer relationship management skills
- A keen interest in staff management – you will be required to supervise and ensure team and individual performance
- A positive, professional and friendly manner
