About The Role
BaptistCare George Forbes House is a residential aged facility located in Queanbeyan. We are currently seeking a full time Registered Nurse to join our happy and vibrant team. The role involves delivery and oversight of clinical care provided by a dedicated team of carers.

What We Are Looking For
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision making, dementia care & palliation.
- Demonstrate person centred care through case conferencing and supporting the residents and their families to adapt to the residential lifestyle.
- Enjoy the challenge of managing the care team and supporting their care delivery to our residents.
- Experience in a leadership role and minimum of 2 years’ experience in aged care is preferable. Not suitable for a new grad.
- Strong communication and computer skills are essential as the facility has computerised care records.
