Positions have become available for full-time Customer Service Operators in the Results Department of Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology’s head office at Macquarie Park.
Several shifts are available between our opening hours of 7:00 am – 12:00 am, Monday to Friday. With the flexibility to work weekends when needed.
Duties will include answering large volumes of incoming calls, as well as making outgoing calls to doctors’ rooms and hospitals, and performing clerical tasks.
The successful applicants will have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently in a busy environment, good customer service skills and be highly self-motivated. The ability to use a computer is essential, however full training will be provided.
For this position you must have a background in pathology, medical reception, Medical Science or a related field.
Salary and conditions are according to the Health Professionals and Support Services Award.
