Your Role: IRT Sarah Claydon has various permanent part-time positions available and is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Aged Care Employees to join its dynamic and growing Care Team. If you are an Aged Care Employee that is eager to make a positive impact then this role is for you. The successful candidates will use their knowledge, skills and proactive work ethic to deliver a high standard of care to our residents.

Your Responsibilities will include:
• Assisting residents with their daily care needs in accordance with their Care Plan
• Completing relevant care documentation
• Contribute to the improvement strategies for the care team
• Monitor and report on resident conditions
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in the supervision of other Aged Care Employees

These part-time positions involve a variety of shifts across all areas of the Care Centre.

To be successful you will have:
- a Certificate III in Aged Care (Individual Support) or working towards
- Extensive previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A genuine passion for aged care and be confident in assisting with varying care needs and requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to use technology such as smart phones and computers
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts that include weekends, late afternoons and/or early evenings
