Highgate Hill Doctors is seeking experienced Practice Nurse (RN) to join their friendly and professional team. We are a new Family Medical Centre creating a team in a lovely and modern environment with well known local GPs. 

• This position is for a Registered Nurse with experience working within the General Practice setting.  Please only apply if you meet this criteria. 
• The position is permanent part-time (approximately 24 hours a week). Hours are expected to increase as the Medical Centre grows, with the opportunity to move to a permanent full-time position as the practice expands. 
• Applicants must possess excellent communication and clinical skills
• Experience with Care Plans, Health Assessments, Child and Adult Immunisations and Chronic Disease Management is essential.
• Computer knowledge is essential and an understanding of medical programmes such as Best Practice will be very advantageous.
• The successful candidate must be proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and also value integrity and professionalism and be able to support others in a team.
• Ongoing education is expected as part of this role.
