As a growing brand across Australia, with over 100,000 satisfied clients and more than one million laser and skin treatments performed, SILK has been taking the cosmetic treatment market by storm and due to continued growth an opportunity now exists for a Nurse Injector who will provide outstanding cosmetic results and gold standard customer care to our clients at the newly opening clinic in MACKAY scheduled for September 2018.
As a member of the Medical Injecting team at SILK, the Nurse Injector is responsible for providing consultations and cosmetic injections to our clients, and will be motivated by working as part of a team to achieve client satisfaction through aesthetic procedures. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate an empathetic and client-focused approach, while still being able to identify sales opportunities to grow the injectables business.
Responsibilities
- Perform skin analysis and evaluation on clients.
- Obtain patient-applicable medical history prior to treatment.
- Administer cosmetic injections, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
- Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-up.
- Answer any client questions or concerns.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse, with relevant medical qualifications.
- Previous cosmetic procedure/ injecting experience highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse with an interest in or exposure to the cosmetic field, who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and wants to be financially rewarded for their success. If you are a registered nurse with a strong desire to work in this field but have not had aesthetics training, then this is potentially an opportunity for you. The successful candidate will be provided with all the relevant training and support to become a qualified cosmetic injector, however tertiary qualifications or training in this field will be highly regarded.
This is a full time role, with some consideration given to part time applications. The roster will be Tuesday to Saturday in line with shopping centre hours to a maximum of 38 hours per week.
