Dental Receptionist | Paddington, QLD

We provide extensive oral health services including preventive, restorative and cosmetic services through health professionals at the forefront of the dental field. About the role:

• Greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing patient accounts
• Client database; entering & maintaining an accurate client database; liaising with clinical staff regarding client care
• Administration and filing support
• Reporting as necessary on practice activities

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the dental industry is a must!
• Experience in Dental 4 Windows would be advantageous
• Fantastic presentation, with a bubbly and outgoing personality
• Excellent computer skills with the knowledge of word and excel
• Professional attitude and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to cope with high pressure situations, plus experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
