We are looking for an experienced District Nurses to join the team at Bolton Clarke in our Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
As a District Nurse you will be responsible for the provision of clinical care and support to clients to enable them to remain independent in their home.
This permanent part time position working 32 hours per week will see you traveling to client’s homes to provide holistic care.
We’re looking for someone who has:

All candidates must have Rights to work, a Victorian Drivers Licence, and will be required to undertake a National Police Check.
We are looking for an experienced District Nurses to join the team at Bolton Clarke in our Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
As a District Nurse you will be responsible for the provision of clinical care and support to clients to enable them to remain independent in their home.

- Sound generalist nursing skills (acute exp ideal )
- A genuine interest in community nursing
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- The Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Diabetes and wound management skills an advantage
