With 738 licensed beds, Hollywood Private Hospital is the State’s largest private hospital based on bed numbers. Position Profile
- Provide group therapy for the inpatients in the clinic
- Ensure key performance indicators are met in a timely manner
- Facilitate excellence in interdisciplinary teamwork within the program, and with other colleagues
- Contribute to the delivery of evidence based clinical care within the programs
- Contribute to program development and evaluation
Essential Criteria
- Experience in developing psychological treatment programs
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in group therapy including CBT, DBT and IPT
- Registration with the Psychology board of Australia with clinical endorsement
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using psychological assessment tools
- Skills in statistical analysis of treatment outcome data
- Able to supervise and train junior team members
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to practice
- Willingness to accept and promote the Ramsay way values
Desirable Criteria
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology
