Are you a qualified Pharmacy Assistant with a passion for delivering real care and solutions?
Our client is a very well managed small group of Pharmacies, with locations across Southwest Sydney. To join their particularly customer-focused team, they are looking for an experienced Retail Manager / Pharmacy Assistant. In this varied and challenging role, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing of the store, dispensary and team operations
- Patient counselling and providing thorough patient care solutions
- Accurate dispensing of prescriptions
- Managing the team, and ensuring all staff are delivering exceptional service
- Ensuring retail stock is maintained and presented to a high standard
