As a Care Coordinator - Registered Nurse (Level 3) working across our facilities in Maryborough you will provide professional preventative, palliative, curative and rehabilitative nursing care. You will work in a busy and professionally fulfilling environment with the opportunity to mentor, coach and develop your team. 

This role is perfect for an experienced RN from either an acute, community or aged care background looking to take the next step in their career. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about clinical excellence and developing others.
 

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Current registration or eligibility for registration with APHRA
   
• Prior experience in a similar role within an Aged Care / Health Sector 
   
• Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge and skills in Contemporary Aged Care Services 
   
• The flexibility to work morning, afternoon and weekend shifts
