The successful candidate will exhibit efficient and accurate dispensing skills with a willingness to be apart of and facilitate the growth of this store. Efficient dispensary service is at the heart of our excellence in customer service and you will play an integral role. An aptitude to fulfil customer needs and excel in customer satisfaction is an integral part of this role and will help your career progression.
Minimum salary starts at level 4, under the Pharmacy Industry Award, with standard full-time benefits and of course staff-discounts. KPI's and staff incentives are on-going storewide and role specific KPI's will be developed.
Experience and efficiencies as a Dispense Tech is essential and FRED experience is preferred. Applicants with efficiencies in other softwares will be considered and if successful, training will be provided.
